Returns Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return period, starting from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for review.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Sent back in the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Any item showing signs of wear, use, or alteration will not be approved.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@vanturamelbourne.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Any parcels received without prior authorization will be rejected.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping & Fees

A restocking fee may apply to approved returns to cover inspection, handling, and processing

All returns must be sent via Australia Post with tracking and insurance

We do not accept returns sent through alternative couriers
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In these cases, Vantura Melbourne will cover return shipping and applicable fees once the issue is verified.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants)

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original (if approved) and place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
